We want you to love your rest; if your bamboo sleepwear isn't a perfect fit, we accept returns of unworn, unwashed items with original tags within 30 days of delivery. Our goal is to ensure you experience the sustainable comfort YALA is known for with every purchase.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided at the end of the portal process to ensure tracked delivery back to our warehouse.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your bamboo nightgowns in their original packaging or a similar protective mailer to prevent damage during transit.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
